Sep Ruf was an excellent German architect and designer of the 20th century. He was fameous for his elegant style and modern buildings depending to the bauhaus-style, but in his own definition.  He got worldwide repitition in building the residence for the Federal Chancellors of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bonn, the so called Chancellor's Bungalow, which he buildt for Ludwig Erhard, and also for the buildings of the German pavillon (with Egon Eiermann) at the worldfair 1958 in Brussels.   His life and his work is timeless.
